Ultraviolet Automotive has today launched the F77 Mach 2 electric sport bike in the Indian market. The Mach 2 is an updated version of the F77, which was launched in late 2022. The Bengaluru-based EV startup company has introduced it in India with some cosmetic changes. Which includes better series, new technology, more power and features.

The company claims that it can run up to 323 km on a full charge. The Mach 2 has been launched in the market with two variants (Standard and Recon) and 9 color options. The standard variant is priced at Rs. 2.99 and Recon's Rs. 3.99 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom, Bengaluru). These are introductory prices, available only to the first 1000 customers.

UltraViolet has started booking electric bikes in 15 cities. Buyers can book it from the official website by paying a token amount of Rs 5000. Its deliveries are expected to start from next month. It has no direct competition with any bike in the electric vehicle segment, but competes with KTM RC 390, BMW G310 R and TVS Apache RTR310 in the ICE sports bike segment.

Ultraviolet F77 Mach 2:

In terms of design, the Mac 2 looks similar to its F77 predecessor, but it has an aluminum flop instead of a plastic cap for the charging port cap. This bike will now come with 9 color options. These include Stealth Grey, Asteroid Grey, Cosmic Black, Plasma Red, Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stellar White, Supersonic Silver and Lightning Blue. Apart from this, new graphics have been added.
